Come join us on Tuesday, February 21st, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall for our second annual Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper.   Our United Methodist Men will again serve as our chefs for the evening!  A love offering will benefit the Snac Pac program.  This will be a great time to invite friends and share a meal with our church family.

 

UMW NIGHT AT CHICK-FIL-A

Come celebrate Leap Day by supporting your United Methodist Women!  Join us for “Leap of Faith Night” on Wednesday, February 29th from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Chick-fil-a.  All proceeds earned by this fundraiser will benefit the many mission projects within our church and community supported by our UMW.  Please remember to mention the Bellamy UMW when placing your order so your purchase is credited to the UMW.

 

SHORE BREAK:  A 30-MINUTE PLACE OF PEACE

 “Shore Break” is our weekly Sunday evening worship service.  The service is held from 6:00 to 6:30 p.m. and will feature prayers, Scripture, a meditation and Holy Communion each week.  So – if time on the weekend is short, or Sunday mornings aren’t enough, why not try a “Shore Break”?  In 30 minutes, you can find peace with the Lord who LOVES you!

Classes will be held on Wednesday mornings from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. beginning September 2011 and ending May 2012.  We will be taking breaks for Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter holidays.
Community Bible Study is an interdenominational group of Christian women in Gloucester and surrounding counties who enjoy fellowship and studying God’s Word. The registration fee, which covers the cost of materials, is $25. Scholarships are available. Registration is open throughout the year. All women are welcome.
